Jax and Jill came in clutch with a last minute booking when another company stopped responding, and I couldn’t be more grateful. They were professional, prompt, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. The bounce house was in excellent condition, clean, and sturdy, providing hours of fun for both kids and adults. It was an awesome party addition and the highlight of the event. Everyone had a blast. I truly appreciated their excellent service and attention to detail. This is our 2nd year using them for our daughter’s birthday. I highly recommend them. Communication is amazing, always friendly, and prompt. Bounce house was clean and well taken care of. This year, the weather was a little unpredictable and the night before, we got a text asking if we still wanted to rent. Thankfully, the weather was great and we went ahead with the rental. Seriously, customer service is fantastic. You just don’t find that often anymore. Thank you for helping us make memories.

We ordered big red, tables, chairs for my son’s graduation party. The bounce house was a huge hit with all the partygoers and the kiddos from 1.5 years old to 18+ had a blast! Justin was incredibly responsive and communicative, well organized and detailed. Highly recommend!

We rented the red/green bounce house with dual water slides for my daughters birthday party over the weekend. This was the first time we rented from Jack and Jill and we were very impressed! The kids loved the bounce house! It was a huge hit! Communication was great from the owner. Delivery, set up and tear down were all included in the pricing and was also a very smooth process. We will definitely rent again!
